What skills and experience we're looking for

King Edward VI School Lichfield is seeking a dynamic, well-qualified teacher of Religious Studies with a high level of subject knowledge and a real passion for their subject. The post is suitable for a current classroom teacher or for an Early Career Teacher.

Religious Studies is highly successful at our school from Key Stage 3 through to our thriving Sixth Form. All students take a full GCSE course in Religious Studies and we also have a thriving A-level course in the Sixth Form. We are looking for a teacher with infectious enthusiasm, excellent communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents. The appointed teacher will be expected to teach up to at least GCSE level with the possibility of some post-16 teaching for a suitable candidate.
