We are currently recruiting for a well-qualified and highly motivated teacher of Religious Studies to support the Principal, staff and our students as we ‘strive for excellence’. This is a fixed term one year contract due to a member of staff going on a sabbatical for a year but may have opportunities for extension. We can also consider flexible hours to suit lifestyles.

The role and what we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be required to teach Religious Studies at KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard and make a positive difference to Academy life. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential.
You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department.
