Start date: January 2021
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of Religious Studies. This is a permanent position from January 2021.
Religious Studies is a popular and successful subject which runs as a discrete discipline within the humanities faculty. All students study RS as a core subject in years 9 – 11. Students can also opt for RS at GCSE and A Level where it is a popular choice for both. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to teach both GCSE and A Level classes so experience in teaching both is required.
The post would be suitable for both newly qualified and experienced teachers.
From September 2020 successful candidates may be eligible for brand new, subsidized, fully- furnished accommodation in Ampthill, sponsored by the Connolly Foundation. More details will be available following your appointment to the post. Details of the scheme can be found on the RTSA website.
If you are interested in the above post, please contact Eva Hobson at the school for further details and an application form; this information is also on our website www.redborne.com. The successful candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring check.
All offers of employment are “conditional” until Disclosure and Barring and qualification checks have been successfully completed and satisfactory references have been received. Redborne is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
