LSA Technology and Performing Arts College – ‘A Learning Community in Pursuit of Excellence’
Are you looking to make a real difference to children’s lives? Are you ready to be part of their success? Do you want to take the next exciting step in your career? If you want to work at a “good” school with great students and committed staff, then LSA Technology and Performing Arts College is the place for you.
This post offers a great opportunity for all religious studies teachers who are either at the start of their career or who are looking to further develop their teaching skills. We are seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic, inspiring professional who can join us on our journey to become outstanding.
We will look to you to create lesson plans which are engaging and which allow each child to make progress. In return, you will be given support so that you can be the very best teacher possible. The support you receive will be from a small, but committed team whose aim it is to maintain high standards and high expectations. Religious studies is delivered in a well-resourced faculty along with PSHE, the ability to deliver both subjects would be expected.
At LSA, teaching and learning is at the centre of everything we do. We are committed to developing the whole child and to this end, there is a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities to get involved in. So, if you are a teacher committed to developing your skills and providing an exceptional learning experience for the students in your care, then we look forward to receiving a completed application from you and maybe meeting you at interview.
Please take time to look at our website which will give a flavour of our ethos and show that we care about each and every child that forms part of our community, and about every member of staff; it is this ethos that makes us ‘a learning community in pursuit of excellence’.
