What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you passionate about humanities and eager to inspire the next generation of young people? Due to our increasing student numbers and Sixth Form growth, we are seeking to appoint a full time, permanent Teacher of RS. Our Humanities department incorporates History, Geography, RS, Philosophy & Ethics and Politics, all taught as discrete subjects from KS3-5. We are ideally seeking an RS (KS3-4 ) / Philosophy & Ethics (KS5) specialist with the capacity to possibly also teach some History in KS3. NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply and will benefit from our robust induction and mentoring program.

  • An evidence-informed approach to CPD, offering tailored professional development opportunities for both teaching and support staff.

  • A strong emphasis on traditional KIDMAP values: Kindness, Integrity, Determination, Manners, Ambition, and Positivity.

  • Outstanding support for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and a dedication to developing talent, cultivating excellent leaders, and empowering them to build their own high-performing teams.

  • An inspiring and motivated student body, making teaching and learning truly rewarding.
