What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a well-qualified, lively, highly-motivated specialist and innovative thinker to further strengthen the provision in Science in this forward-thinking school.
- You will be able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and personalisation strategies and be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of monitoring and evaluating, whilst improving the standard of achievement for all students.
- You will be confident in your abilities to teach effectively, with a specialism in either Physics (preferred) Chemistry or Biology is essential.
- You will be adept in creating a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for students of all diverse backgrounds.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified Science teacher, with a specialism in either Physics (preferred), Chemistry or Biology. The successful candidate will be expected to play a full part in the academic, pastoral and social life of the school, to act as personal tutor and to take part in the school's programme of professional development.
