Teacher of Science job summary
To commence 1st September 2021
The Ripley Academy is an 11-18 school located in Derbyshire close to Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield and within easy reach of the Peak District. We are a member of the East Midlands Education Trust and work in close partnership with the other academies within the Trust including The West Bridgford School and John Flamsteed Community School. In February 2020, the school was judged to be an Ofsted ‘Good’ school in all areas.
We are looking to appoint a Science teacher, specialising in any area. The successful candidate will be able to teach across the age and ability range.
We welcome applications from scientists who feel they have the ability, enthusiasm and commitment to enhance the lives of students at our Academy; someone who has a true passion for science as well as the drive and determination to make a significant, positive impact on our students ensuring all achieve their full potential.
