The Laurus Trust - Unashamedly Academic
Due to continued growth and success, we have an opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join the team at Cheadle Hulme High School. We will endeavour to ensure that the successful candidate will teach their specialist subject within Science from Years 8 – Year 13. You will facilitate and encourage learning which enables students to achieve high standards, to share and support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and discipline of all students.

Cheadle Hulme High School (CHHS) is the founder school of the Laurus Trust. In the 2019 Progress 8 Headline measure CHHS came in the top 3% of schools nationally with a figure of +0.75. In 2021, 90% of our Year 13 students were university bound, with 72% going to Russell Group universities and 75% to Sutton Trust Top 30 institutions.
