What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who inspires students to achieve their potential, delivering high quality lessons that drive a love of learning and have high expectations of their students and their education.
The successful candidate will:
- Raise standards of student attainment,
- Contribute to developments within the science faculty.
- Work in accordance with the statement of the academy’s values, aims and the academy improvement plan.
- Maintain an effective learning environment in and around the science faculty.
- Experience of teaching physics or chemistry up to A Level would be an advantage.
