What skills and experience we're looking for

The ability to teach all three specialisms to GCSE is essential. You will be ICT proficient and have excellent communication skills. You will ensure equality of opportunity, irrespective of starting points, to enable all learners to make good progress. You will also be personable and approachable and be able to quickly build effective relationships with students and colleagues in the School and across the Trust. Importantly, you will be a positive role model for all students with a passion and enthusiasm for science that you want to share with young people

The Science department aims to provide students with a varied and stimulating curriculum that students can enjoy and take pride in. Students are encouraged to be inquisitive and independent thinkers.
