An opportunity has arisen to become part of the aspirational Archbishop Sentamu Academy working alongside our dedicated team to spark a passion for learning in our young people which will last a lifetime and raise the expectations of a community. We want you to join us on our journey to ensuring our students achieve the best outcomes possible and develop our students into effective Scientists with enquiring minds who chose to continue with the study of science beyond their school years. We aim to support our students in gaining an awareness of global issues and an understanding of the World around them, by providing them with the appropriate skills so that they can apply their understanding of science and question their experiences.

We advise you to come in and speak to the Academy Principal or Director of Learning for Science about this role. We would warmly welcome and encourage applications from newly qualified teachers and experienced teachers alike, we just ask that you are as ambitious for yourself as you will be for our students.
