Teacher of Science job summary
The role:
We are looking to appoint a Science Teacher who is passionate about their subject (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) to join our large and very successful Science Department from September 2022. With the confirmation of a multi-million pound rebuild of all our 27 science labs this is a very exciting opportunity for a new teacher to be joining our fantastic, supportive and friendly Science Faculty.
The person:
An exciting opportunity exists to be part of this large, supportive and dynamic team. We are looking for a committed teacher who has the drive and determination to succeed, the ability to inspire young people and has a passion for teaching as well as Science. There is a range of age and experience in the Ashfield Science faculty and the position would be ideal for an NQT. The Science Faculty at Ashfield is a collaborative and forward-thinking team to work within, always looking to improve and develop our strengths. We are very proud of the inquisitive learners we support, their growing resilience and their ability to demonstrate their scientific thinking.
