Teacher of Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) job summary

We are seeking to appoint a teacher of science to join our experienced science faculty. You will be joining a supportive team who are committed to ensuring the best outcomes for our students. Our science team enjoys the use of specialist facilities including nine fully equipped laboratories and preparation room with full time technicians to support teachers with lesson preparation and practical lessons.

The science curriculum has been designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the scientific knowledge and ideas that impact them as individuals within a local and globalised context. As they move through the curriculum, students will be increasingly made to develop their curiosity, provide insight into working scientifically and appreciate the value of science in their everyday lives. Our curriculum provides a platform for students to develop critical thinking skills which will prepare them for further education or careers in science. It also delivers a framework for understanding the natural world and supporting students to become scientifically literate participants in society.
