Wallington High School for Girls is seeking a passionate and committed science teacher to join our exceptional team. Whether your specialism is Physics, Chemistry or Biology, we have the flexibility to shape the role around the right candidate.

Dependent on your specialism, you will join the Biology, Chemistry or Physics department, where you can expect to teach general science to KS3, but your specialist subjects at KS4 and 5. There may also be the opportunity to apply for an internal TLR position.
The successful candidate will:
- Good Honours Degree, PGCE / QTS E Higher degree
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the post
- Ability to identify own professional development needs
- Experience Successful teaching of Biology/ Chemistry or Physics specialism across all Key Stages
- Planning of lessons / schemes of work in line with the demands of an examination syllabus
- Evidence of raising student attainment in subject
- Assessment of students across all key stages
- Contribution to extra-curricular activities
