We want to look after our teachers and at Brayton you would be assigned a ‘coach’ who would support and facilitate your professional development. This is not a ‘jazz hands’ approach to training whereby teachers are told about the latest new pedagogical approach. This is considered, self-driven, professional improvement helped by an experienced highly trained coach. We do not ascribe to a one size fits all curriculum model and with The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust we promote teacher freedom. A freedom to teach how you want using your developed expertise as well as the work established through the individual coaching sessions. This is an excellent time to join this thriving academy. The successful candidate may be at any stage of their career and there may indeed be opportunities to take on extra leadership responsibilities if or when ready
