An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a very successful and forward thinking Science Department within a high performing school. This year at GCSE over 90% of students achieved a grade 4 or above in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. We always have strong science A level uptake and this year we enjoyed 95% pass rate in Biology, 92% in Chemistry and 100% in Physics. We are looking for a teacher of Chemistry or Physics.
Applicants will have had experience of teaching across the ability range at KS3 and KS4 and must be passionate, well organised, and hardworking, with high expectations of students and colleagues.
Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to develop teaching resources and other assessment materials. ECTs are welcome to apply.
