What skills and experience we're looking for
For September 2023, we are looking for an exceptional colleague with a passion for Science to join our core curriculum team. We seek a highly-skilled and enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students and facilitate rising attainment in this key subject. The successful candidate will be able to teach ages 11-16 in this talented and well-resourced department with a keen interest in teaching and learning.
The Science team are based in a dedicated Science building with well-resourced classrooms for the new AQA curriculum. We have a high attaining, engaged student body with students who enjoy Science. The successful candidate will be able to inspire our students with 21st century learning opportunities and have a track record of delivering good lessons with the ability to secure progress for every student. We are looking to broaden our offering of extra-curricular opportunities, candidates with an interest in STEM and cross-curricular links should apply.
