Teacher of Science job summary
The Role
The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject, specialising in Chemistry or Physics is advantageous. They will furthermore seek to positively impact their field and the academy. You will be able to support in the promotion of excellent standards of student learning, achievement, progress, attainment, and behaviour through working effectively and collaboratively.
You will be joining a thriving, passionate Faculty whose success is growing. We offer an excellent Early Careers Teacher programme, and you will be fully supported through your NQT year by a dedicated Assistant Principal. The Faculty is undergoing a 3 year programme of refurbishment with two labs completed in the last 6 months.
TLR available for suitable qualified & experienced candidate.

The Pingle Academy is a part of The de Ferrers Trust. We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.
The Pingle Academy is a co-educational, comprehensive, secondary school for students aged 11-18 years. It is situated on a large secure site at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. We benefit from a wide range of specialist facilities, including a floodlit astro-turf area, Learning Support Base, Autism Resource Centre and a purpose built Sixth Form Centre.
