What skills and experience we're looking for
Why do you want to be a Teacher of Science at Breckland School?
The answer is a simple one, this is an exciting opportunity to join our school following its “Good” Ofsted inspection in November 2022, to help achieve ‘excellence’ in all we do, and this includes our people.
You want to be part of a team of like-minded individuals driving the Science education at Breckland School to deliver an exceptionally rich curriculum, which develops students into scientists with a passion who achieve exceptionally.
You will work as part of the faculty to deliver high quality lessons, collaborate on curriculum and pedagogical development in line with whole school priorities, aiming for excellence in all you and your students do.
You should have a proven track record of success in the teaching of Science at both Key Stage 3 and 4. Experience of teaching is desirable but ultimately if you have the passion, skill and motivation we want to hear from you. ECTs are welcome to apply.
