We are looking for a Teacher of Science who an outstanding Science Specialist with excellent Leadership skills. We want someone who is a proven teacher, who has driven up attainment and progress in Science who provide strategic and operational subject leadership within the Science department and raise attainment and achievement at all key stages in Science. Possibility of an additional responsibility (TLR) for an individual who feels ready to move up and be accountable for an area within the Science department. This would be discussed at interview.

This is a key role for the Academy, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about Science, who really wants to make a difference. We are also seeking someone is ambitious, for both themselves, and their students, who would want to make their mark and then seek further promotion opportunities.
