What skills and experience we're looking for

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Classroom Teacher at our highly ambitious and over-subscribed school.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will play a pivotal role within both our Faculty and School Teams. You will take on teaching responsibilities for standards in Science and work alongside highly skilled and dedicated colleagues.

We are looking for a consistently good to outstanding teacher who is capable of delivering exceptional results in both progress and attainment for their students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A passion for teaching their specialist subject, inspiring students to achieve their best.
  • Developed skills in driving good to outstanding progress and attainment with KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Strong abilities in providing clear, constructive feedback that promotes student growth and ensures the delivery of well-matched, challenging learning activities.
  • Proven evidence of effective teaching practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Alignment with our school values of Manners, Hard Work, and Honesty.
