Teacher of Science (part time) job summary
An opportunity has arisen at Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS) for an exceptional teacher of Science on a part-time, permanent basis, available immediately. KNGS is an OFSTED outstanding school and is part of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust with a comprehensive intake and a co-educational sixth form. We are proud of our vibrant, socially and culturally diverse school, which lies in the heart of our community, and is highly regarded in our local area and beyond.
The post is available immediately on a permanent, part time contract. Currently the working days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (0.6 FTE) however, this is subject to change based on timetable requirements. ECT applications are welcome.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional teacher of Science to join Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form. The successful applicant will be an effective classroom practitioner, committed to improving learners’ experiences and attainment through working collaboratively and being willing to adopt new ideas. You will have the ability to teach KS3 and KS4. There is the opportunity to teach KS5, and having a physics speciality is desirable. In return, we offer excellent CPD within a supportive culture.
