Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In 2014 we were rated as ‘outstanding’ for the second time by Ofsted and in 2019 85% of students achieved Grade 4 and above in English and Maths. We are determined to build on this success by continuing to:

• Raising achievement at GCSE and ‘A’ level
• Developing our Learning and Teaching skills
• Enhancing the range of Memorable Experiences available to our students

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Science to join our successful team from January 2020 or earlier, with an opportunity to teach their own specialism. The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives, working in an outstanding department. Passion is at the heart of our practice and it is essential that you have the ability to enthuse and motivate those around you. Be the best you can be!

About Southam College

Southam College is an 11-18 school set in the heart of rural Warwickshire with 1643 students on roll, 298 of who are in the Sixth Form.
