What skills and experience we're looking for

• Ability to teach at least one Science subject to GCSE level (Biology, Physics or Chemistry)
• Knowledge of strategies to support the learning of children in Science
• Ability to reflect on your own and student performance in lessons and adapt practice accordingly
• Ability to select and devise appropriate teaching methods and resources to meet the differing needs of students in the class
• Experience of work with children within an inner-city multicultural academy
• Develop & maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, communicating key information in a timely way

• Knowledge, understanding & commitment to equal opportunities
