You will have be highly capable with an excellent understanding of the subject and have the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire our students, with the potential to make a positive contribution to teaching and learning. We have recently entered into an exciting partnership with Westfield Primary Academy, located on a site adjacent to SWA, with a view to providing students in the two schools with a continuous, coherent journey from Early Years to A-Level.We were rated as Good by Ofsted at the beginning of November 2022. That report shows that very substantial progress has been made since the report published in 2019.
