Required to join our progressive and successful SEND department. Applications are welcome from experienced SEND and qualified SEND teachers as well as others with extensive knowledge and experience of working with students with a range of additional needs. You will be key in ensuring our students achieve excellent outcomes within a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

The Department has a high profile in school, employs a range of dynamic teaching styles and is committed to innovative curriculum development. Ofsted reports that the care and education of those with SEND is outstanding. We currently have 58 students with EHCPs and cater for a wide range of needs [ASC, SLCN and SEMH being the largest groups). You will have the opportunity to teach small groups across the Key Stages 3 and 4 and may also work with some Key Stage 5 students.

Selection may comprise a number of formats; panel interview, lesson observation, work related activity/task.
