We are looking for an exceptional Teacher of SEND to join our dynamic and compassionate team. As a key member of our school, you will work under the guidance of the Head Teacher to provide high-quality, engaging, and tailored education to SEND/SEMH pupils. This role requires a proactive and empathetic professional who values integrity, collaboration, and the holistic development of each child.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Craft creative and tailored lessons that inspire learning and cater to the individual strengths, needs, and interests of SEND pupils.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Head Teacher, SENCO, and pastoral staff to develop inclusive practices and individualized programmes of study.
  • Support Student Development: Foster academic, personal, and social growth, encouraging pupils to achieve their potential while safeguarding their well-being.
  • Engage with Parents and Professionals: Build strong relationships with families and specialists to create a collaborative support network for pupils.
  • Maintain High Standards: Uphold the highest expectations for teaching, assessment, behavior, and professional conduct.
