Based at St Peter St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy, Lincoln
We are seeking an inspirational and proactive Teacher of Social Sciences (Psychology and Sociology) at Key Stage 5 who will support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning and who will inspire our students to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work in a supportive school where students achieve and make sustained progress as a result of our distinctive Catholic ethos. This role is suitable for ECTs or more experienced staff. Qualified Teacher status and good knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of the National Curriculum are essential. The role will incorporate Psychology teaching, as well as Sociology for the right candidate. Moreover, the ability to teach Geography and/or Politics would be of interest to the school, although this is not a determining factor in the appointment process. Part time or full time working will be considered for this role.
