As a standalone academy, we believe in our teachers being able to do the role they are employed to do, which is to deliver engaging lessons to our students. We therefore have an easy and structured behaviour system for our students and you to follow in lessons. After this, we have dedicated teams who intervene and leave you to continue with the job you love doing!

Our Head of Social Science would be delighted to take you on a tour of the school and answer any questions you may have.

As Teacher of Social Science, you will be welcomed into an experienced team of professionals to:

  • Progress the Social Science department to even greater successes
  • Plan and deliver high quality and engaging lessons, that will challenge and inspire our students and will include health & social care and child development
  • Encourage students to have high expectations of themselves and their behaviour
  • Engage students in study at GCSE Level (A-Level is desirable)
  • Be a positive role model and supportive mentor to students, making a lasting impact on their live
