Located on the stunning Jurassic Coast and with the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close by, Exmouth Community College is one of the largest secondary schools in the country with over 2300 students.
The College is currently seeking a suitably skilled individual to take on a role teaching Sociology and Criminology. The successful applicant will be expected to provide outstanding teaching and learning to ensure high attainment of students. The post holder will adhere to the professional duties of a teacher as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions of Service document and College policies.
Applicants who do not hold Qualified Teacher Status are welcome to apply but if appointed, will be expected to apply and work towards holding QTS or QTLS within the first year of employment. Post holders will be paid on the Unqualified Teacher Scale until they obtain QTS/QTLS.
