What skills and experience we're looking for

We are currently seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher of A Level Sociology. The successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher, able to demonstrate a passion for their subject and have the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities in the 16-19 range. With a demonstrable record of outstanding results, you will have a commitment to raising aspirations and supporting the wider college community.

New College Bradford is a 16-19 free school which opened in September 2019, with approximately 1500 students. We believe that students at New College Bradford should enjoy high-quality teaching and learning underpinned by a culture of high expectations, challenge and support which enables our students to secure high-quality qualifications to support them into employment, training and higher education.
