The Blackdown Education Partnership is a multi-academy trust (MAT) working across Devon and Somerset. It was born of a merger between two established MATs: The Castle Partnership Trust and Uffculme Academy Trust and currently looks after a family of 12 schools: 6 primary and 6 secondary and 4 nurseries.

We are responsible for the good governance of the schools within our Trust and are accountable for the performance of each school. We work with an exceptional team of leaders, teachers and support staff whose combined efforts deliver on our promise to believe in every child.
We can offer you: An opportunity to work in an experienced and supportive team from whom you can learn, develop and grow. A friendly, busy and dynamic workplace where each day is different from the last. A competitive salary. Wider opportunities to be involved across our Trust. An energised and professional working environment.
