At Derby Moor we take great pride in the inclusive nature of our school. As an Inclusion team our aspiration is to become a nationally recognised Centre of excellence for inclusive practice. With this in mind we are looking to recruit an outstanding practitioner to deliver bespoke lessons to our Innovation students. These sessions are delivered on a “stage not age approach”. Sessions are delivered in small group settings with excellent facilities and with additional support staff. Students in this provision have wide ranging special educational needs, many of whom have additional health care plans. Applications are welcome from candidates with experience at KS1-4 who can demonstrate successful impact of supporting students with a variety of complex educational needs to thrive within a mainstream setting.
