Teacher of Technology (£5k Golden Hello_ job summary

Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Teacher of Technology to join the Design and Technology Department, to start as soon as possible.

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Design and Technology Teacher to join our school team! You’ll inspire students to think innovatively, develop practical skills, and bring their ideas to life through engaging and hands-on learning experiences.

This is a full time, permanent role, paid on the STPC Main/Upper Teachers Pay Scale, dependant on experience.

The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service.

This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.
