The School

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust has a vacancy for a Teacher of Technology from September 2023. The vacancy is based at Kenilworth School and Sixth Form.

This is an exciting time to join us as in September 2023 we will be moving into a newly built school on Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth, bringing both Sixth Form and years 7 -11 onto one site. Currently we have a split site, with years 7 – 11 based at Leyes Lane and Sixth Form set on our Rouncil Lane site.

The school is well resourced to support the delivery of the subject with brand new technology facilities. The post holder will join a supportive school with opportunities for professional development.

Our educational ethos encourages our students to be responsive, resilient, to have reasoning, be reflective and resourceful in their learning.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of Technology to join a friendly and supportive department with a total of six staff. Two dedicated Technicians provide support across the department. The successful candidate should be able to teach Food Technology across KS3, KS4 with the new planned introduction of KS5 to the curriculum in the near future.
