Teacher of the Deaf job summary
We require Teacher of the deaf for the vacancy below who:

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and committed teacher with the knowledge and skills to impact upon the children in their care.
This is Initially a one-year contract to start 1st January 2022 if possible. We require a suitably qualified and experienced teacher of the deaf to manage the small deaf resource base in school. Please note the post holder MUST hold a teacher of the deaf qualification. The post carries a SEND allowance and the post holder is responsible to the SEND Lead. Salary up to UPS 3 with a SEND allowance dependent upon experience.
The appointments will be subject to suitable references, professional qualifications, an Enhanced DBS/ Disclosure and other pre-employment checks. We will be providing ‘socially distant’ tours of the school after the pupils have left. We would strongly recommend you contact the school and arrange a time to come and visit.
Closing date is Friday 1st November 2021 at 12 noon
