- Has a proven track record of quality first teaching and learning
- Is passionate about the development of the whole child
- A positive attitude to sport, health, competition and adventure
- Is an excellent highly motivated practitioner with a track record of forming good relationships with wider team members and the community
- Has a creative flair and can contribute new ideas to our curriculum
- Experience or interest in developing subject leadership skills
- Enjoys reading around evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning
- Has the ability to motivate challenge and inspire our children to achieve their potential
