What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint ambitious teachers who have a passion for teaching children with SEND and can offer the very best teaching and learning to our pupils and ensure they achieve the excellent outcomes they deserve, helping them to achieve their aspirations.
Previous experience of working in a special needs setting or knowledge and understanding of special needs education is essential as we are specifically looking for teachers who can work with pupils with communication and interaction difficulties and other associated complex needs. To be successful, your application should demonstrate your commitment, knowledge and passion for working with children with SEND along with a willingness and enthusiasm to contribute further to the wider life and ethos of the school. You will be willing to support our vision of developing courageous and confident learners.
