About the role
Due to the continued expansion of our Trust, we have a vacancy suitable for an early careers teacher to work across the Trust covering middle and senior leaders on specific days following the Trust curriculum. Particular areas include: RWI, Mathematics Mastery, English Mastery and Trust development days. There will be the opportunity to engage with cross-Trust activities that connect students and staff to our family of schools/peers. This offers a great opportunity for a suitably qualified and ambitious teacher who wishes to develop their skills and experience. The role will require travel to all of our academies.
About You
You must be self-motivated with an open approach and willing to make a contribution to the Trust’s continuing development. You must have a good understanding of strategies for raising achievement, have a creative approach to learning, and a working knowledge of curriculum development. When it comes to pupil’s academic performance, great teachers make the difference and have more impact on academic outcomes than any other school factor.
About the Academy
St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is highly ambitious for all our children and young people with currently 6 academies as part of our family of schools. The Trust works in partnership with the Archdiocese of Liverpool, the Diocese of Shrewsbury and the Diocese of Chester.

Support
The successful candidate will be supported and trained in mathematics mastery, RWI and all aspects of the Trust curriculum. Support will also include committed coaches and a mentor to further enhance teaching skills which will involve following the teachers’ planning sequence. We have a strong and supportive Trust Board and an accessible senior leadership team who are fully committed to our vision of success.
