What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Primary Teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers (ECTs) starting or currently completing their induction are encouraged to apply.
Has experience teaching/ teaching practice within the primary phase, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practice.
Strives to create a supportive and inclusive school environment where every child can thrive.

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
Assessing, recording, and reporting on the progress and attainment of pupils.
Promoting the general progress and wellbeing of individual pupils and the class as a whole.
Collaborating with partner teacher, other colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil learning and development.
Contributing to the development of teaching materials, curriculum planning, and assessment methods.
Creating a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported and encouraged to develop both academically and personally.
