The School is looking for at least enthusiastic and motivated Teachers to join a supportive team of professionals. Our School and staff are committed to raising standards and using innovative ways of enhancing the learning experience of our pupils. The School has been judged as an outstanding School on four consecutive occasions.
We are keen to attract Qualified Teachers who can demonstrate an optimistic and aspirational attitude towards our pupils. It is desirable that you possess some prior experience of working with pupils with special educational needs. However, the role would also be suitable for a Qualified Teacher who may not possess all the skills as yet, but could bring to us a positive “can do” approach, as we can train you in the appropriate techniques, pedagogy and strategies. Early Career are welcome to apply. Primary and Secondary Trained Qualified Teachers are also welcome to apply.
You will be responsible for a class group supported by at least two Teaching Assistants. All Teachers are expected to lead an area of the curriculum in a phase of the School (not applicable during ECT Induction year).
