- is an outstanding, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join a dynamic team committed to enhancing the learning and progress of all pupils in their care;
- has an ability to articulate and share a vision of SEN education with all stakeholders;
- has knowledge of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and strategies for raising standards and the achievement of all learners;
- has experience of working with pupils with SEND and has a secure understanding of the requirements of EYFS, the Primary Curriculum & SEND;
- has the ability to liaise, plan and deliver a multi-sensory curriculum with other members of the staff team.
