- Qualified Teacher Status
- Have a clear track record of high impact subject leadership - subject is negotiable.
- Be able to show improvements in subject planning, assessment and the subject knowledge of others within your subject.
- To be able manage behaviour of pupils in accordance with the school behaviour policy.

Further details about the role
We are looking to appoint an experienced teacher with a clear track record of high impact subject leadership. Whilst the subject to be led is negotiable, we welcome applications where you are able to demonstrate sustained high quality subject leadership which has improved pupil outcomes and developed the professional practice of colleagues. Ideally you will be able to show improvements in subject planning, assessment and the subject knowledge of others within your subject – foundation subjects are particularly in focus at Ludlow Junior School.
This post would require you to work in our classrooms and across the school as afternoon PPA cover, where we would expect you to enhance pupil’s experiences within your area of expertise. The post would be a class based role where you would be expected to take responsibility for the learning of up to 30 pupils at any given time.
