What skills and experience we're looking for
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our Year 3/4 team. Seeking to support, inspire and lead our brilliant children, the successful candidate will be motivated with a drive to support the children’s personal and academic progression. We place care at the heart of all that we do and seek to appoint a candidate who shares in our passion and values in enabling all of our children to flourish. This role is a job share with the Head of School so the ability to work in a team is an absolute must! We welcome you to join our team to deliver the very best education for all of our pupils.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
- Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
- Is able to deliver high quality first teaching
- Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
- Has experience of effective subject leadership across the primary age range
- Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
