The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in the primary phases, with Key Stage 2 experience particularly advantageous.
- Be passionate about fostering an inclusive and accessible environment, implementing UDL principles to support diverse learners.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how technology can enhance teaching and learning to maximise pupil outcomes.
- Be dedicated to providing opportunities for children from a wide range of backgrounds to succeed.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community to support holistic development.
- Have high aspirations and expectations for every child, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
- Be an excellent teacher, committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
- Have the vision, passion, and drive to continuously improve standards in all areas of school life.
This is a full-time, permanent position, but applications from part-time candidates are warmly welcomed.
