We require, for a January 2022 start, an enthusiastic and highly committed person who will be an excellent teacher of maths. Whilst the initial role is in Charles Read Academy there is scope to progress to different schools allowing staff opportunities for Post-16 teaching, leadership positions and the chance to take on network-wide responsibilities such as a Subject Lead where desired. There is also the possibility of a whole school role for the right candidate.
Commitment to safeguarding
The David Ross Education Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo vetting appropriate to the post, including a social media presence check and Enhanced DBS check. The successful applicant will be expected to adhere to all safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies and procedures of the Trust.

The Charles Read Academy is an 11-16 school in Corby Glen, Lincolnshire and it serves the villages between Stamford, Bourne and Grantham. In 2016, we were ranked one of the most improved secondary schools in the country in the performance tables and were proud to be judged 'good' by Ofsted in all areas in January 2017.
