The process will be:

We receive your online Application form through Saltley Academy Talent Pool/MyNewTerm (Website) for prospective job opportunities.

We invite you in for a panel interview and a lesson observation.

We will be holding two rounds of interviews.

If you have taught at our school through the PGCE/ placement programme, a lesson observation will not be needed.

Outcomes

We will give constructive feedback discussing your strengths.

We may:

Offer you a job if an appropriate vacancy exists.

Or

We may hold your details in the pool with a view to matching our needs and your strengths and you will be one of the first to be contacted should an opportunity arise. The advantage being that the interview process would already have been completed and a less formal meeting will ensue.
