Teaching and Breakfast Club Assistant job summary

We are seeking a well-organised, engaging, and dedicated individual to join our team and support children's learning and development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all members of staff. Experience or some understanding of children with varying needs and a positive attitude are essential skills for the role. We provide a friendly, secure and stimulating environment in which children can develop and achieve their full potential.

The right Candidate will have:

  • A talented, experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with staff and support children with varying needs
  • The ability to inspire and support pupils across the curriculum
  • High expectations of children’s behaviour and model social phrases and standards
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment support
  • Support Catholic Ethos of our school

The hours for this role are: 07:45 till 3:30 Monday to Friday - term time only (working 38 weeks, paid 43.6 weeks)

Full time salary is pro-rata based on hours and this being a term time only post.
