Teaching and Learning Lead (English, Maths or Science Teacher) job summary

This is a unique opportunity for an English, Maths or Science teacher in the early stages of their career to lead a teaching and learning development within a growing UTC. You will be supporting a positive and relationships-driven staff and create something truly unique in the local community: this is a once in a career opportunity to create and develop your own approach to developing teachers, as we continue to grow year on year.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of their subject. You will have small teaching timetable (30% contact) with some PHSE, but your main focus will be on skilling staff in delivering sequenced curriculum, You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students, equipping them with the skills and characteristics needed to ensure they are at the front of the queue for the best apprenticeships and university places.
