The role:
This role is fundamentally about monitoring, supporting and improving standards of teaching and learning across the faulty so that teaching is consistently good and student outcomes improve.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented teacher and leader with a proven track record of securing successful student outcomes across all key stages. You will possess the key leadership qualities necessary to develop and inspire young people and contribute to school improvement as part of the Academy Team.
